How To Relax Your Pelvic Floor – Guided Meditation

Many of us carry a lot of tension in the pelvic area.  You may not even be aware of it.  If you have pelvic floor dysfunction, are someone that experiences painful sex,  or have vaginismus due to being tight in those areas down there, you may find doing this short yet effective guided meditation, a helpful way to relax your pelvic floor area.

I sure did!

On my journey of living with vaginismus, my doctor put me onto a physiotherapist that got me doing kegel exercises.

While it is important to do kegel exercises, I felt I needed to relax my pelvic area more, so searched the internet and came across the guided meditation by FemFusionFitness below.

If you are short of time, you can just listen to this meditation when laying down in bed.

PS: Once my pelvic area became more relaxed on a daily basis, I started doing kegel exercises regularly as well.
