I am Ms Tight. I created this website to help others to understand and/or to become aware of these often NOT talked about conditions vaginismus,and vaginal atrophy, as well as other conditions (including menopause) that can be associated with it, due to my own personal experience, and what I have learnt about on my journey of living with these debilitating conditions.
Vaginismus is a condition when your vagina is too tight to have sex, or for anything else to enter into it. Sex, gynecological examinations, and inserting tampons can be excruciatingly painful, and often impossible to do.
Should I Worry If Penetration Or Sex Is Painful?
During my journey of learning as much as I could about vaginismus & vaginal atrophy, I found many helpful websites and articles about this condition, but most of them were too clinical when it came to explaining what it is like to experience having these conditions.
I felt there was a lack of personalized information from vaginismus sufferers, in regards to their stories, how they cope with these various conditions, and how they overcame them (if they are at that stage yet).
In saying this, I did come across a few blogs and videos by ladies that live with the above-mentioned conditions, or have experienced them, and I found their personal stories to be very helpful. Although their stories were all similar, I noticed that for some, their methods for coping and/or overcoming the conditions were varying (not all the same).
It quickly became apparent to me that, ” What works for one lady may not work for another.”
So I decided to create this website to put my own story on, and share with you what I have learned about these conditions I have, as well other newsworthy TABU lady issues.

My author name – Excuse the pun, but I felt naming myself Ms Tight for this website fitted well in reflection of what vaginismus does to a lady.
